Two friends—bonded by over a decade of shared adventures and a mutual passion for food and hospitality—met in Boston and decided to bring a true taste of home to Rockland. In January 2017, they reimagined the restaurant’s menu, service, and ambiance, creating a clean, rustic aesthetic with a modern twist that honors the traditions of Minas Gerais.
At the heart of Mineiros is our authentic Brazilian rodízio: an all-you-can-eat culinary journey where a parade of flame-grilled meats—ranging from picanha and sirloin to chicken hearts and spicy linguica—is carved tableside.
